Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You do not need to cancel. Pro simply ends on the end date shown under Profile → Plan, and you keep access until then. To stop reminders, reply to a reminder email or unsubscribe from it.

When you get your money back

• Yearly plan: full refund if you ask within 7 days of activation, no reason needed.
• Monthly plan: because it is short, it is not refundable once activated, except in the cases below.
• Paid twice or paid the wrong amount: the extra amount is refunded in full.
• Paid but not activated: if we have not activated Pro within 3 working days of your payment, we activate it or refund it, your choice.
• Service failure: if a paid feature was unavailable for a long stretch because of us, we extend your period or refund the unused part.
• We end the service or close your account without cause: refund of the unused part of the period.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp or write to contact@findfake.in from the email address on your account, with the date of payment and the UPI reference number. We reply within 2 working days.

How we pay you back

Refunds go back by UPI to the account you paid from, usually within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Pro access ends when the refund is made.

What a refund does not cover

We cannot refund periods where your account was closed for breaking the Terms, or because a result was not what you hoped for. Detection results are estimates (see the Terms).
